Who are we?

NAVIGATE Business Solutions Australia, provides a range of specialist communication services to corporate, government, business, and community clients throughout Central Queensland, and beyond.

These services include, stakeholder engagement, corporate communication, grants and tender writing, strategic facilitation and corporate documentation including the development of Reconciliation Action Plans.

Our team of professionals have been providing trusted advice and practical business solutions to all levels of government, the private sector and community organisations for over 10 years.

We work in partnership with our clients to identify challenges, gather insights, define the real issues and start building a solution. Then we focus on execution delivery to make it happen.

With Business and communication qualifications, Carli has nearly 20 years experience developing grants, writing applications and taking part on assessment panels for government, not-for-profits and businesses from a range of sectors.
During this time, Carli has successfully prepared, written and project managed in excess of $17M in funding for a variety of clients across Australia. Working with small-sized organisations to multinationals, her experience spans across a diverse range of industries including Manufacturing, Pumps and Irrigation, Hospitality, Civil and Construction, Resources, I.T., Retail, and Professional Services.
